I posted the attach.txt rather than attaching itupload as an because I read here that I shouldn't attach any files. I have a 64-bit Windows 7 laptop so I cannot run GMER but here are my DDS logs. ![]() It displays as svchost.exe *32, description winrscmde, and taking my CPU usage to 100% and the private working memory to over 1,000,000 k just for it and really slowing down the computer. When it did finally bootup Spybot did not start and looking at Task Manager, the infected svchost.exe is still there. Spybot then scheduled itself to start after next restart but my computer failed to boot for about 15 minutes, until I left it for 10 minutes and then I was able to boot it back up. ![]() ![]() ![]() Hi, I ran a Spybot S&D scan in safe mode and it found an infected svchost.exe in C:\Windows\svchost.exe.
